Whoops!

We’ve had our beautiful fairy god daughter, Therese and her handsome beau, Jack, staying with us for the past week. They are such a lovely couple: gorgeous inside and out. I don’t want them to go home tomorrow!
Jack is so very polite: helpful, caring and lovely. Therese is just a delight. Together, they’ve got the world at their feet – except when I tell this tale, I suspect Jack will be in trouble with his potential mother in law, Jane….

We were travelling to Zaffron restaurant on Sunday, to enjoy the evening buffet, when I began to tell these two about a time we were in Zaffron with Therese’ mum and dad. Rod Stewart was playing on the video in the bar and Jane, who loves to sing, was blasting out the songs regardless of the diners…….

Jack commented innocently, “Yes, Jane does like a bit of Rod”……….
