Tins for tums…..(or lack of them!)

With the sun already high in the sky here in Cyprus, I’ve been reminded that soon the world will have to put up with the sight of winter flesh and good living – mine on both counts – and it’s just not fair on the public! So, I joined the online version of a famous and great slimming club and have so far:

lost 6 then gained 3 then lost 2 – but hopefully holding out now!

got the type of flu where you EAT EVERYTHING!

have ‘syned’ till 2021  – and have plans for more (this is the good bit)

BUT you’ll be heartened to know that I’ve also discovered the joy of lifting tins. Each morning, while waiting for the ‘kettle that whistles’, I spend 6 long minutes lifting tins, moving my arms and legs, holding my tummies in (though tummy number 7 is particularly stubborn) and stretching my legs. My cupboards have never been so tidy………

If you are more disciplined than me and want to show off your beach body here in Coral Bay or Peyia, we’ve still a little availability in great villas with clean pools, in July and August , so please email to me for details (and tips!?) on enquiries@cyprusvillas.uk.com . Of course, if you are bikini ready now, come in Springtime! It was 24 degrees here yesterday and looks very promising for today too!

Photo below is of a very fit body – though she’s chilling out after her famous , “downward facing dog” pose. Molly Mou – 14 years and off to get her hair cut today!
