The Goddess in Akourdalia

Well, as goddesses go, Caroline at the Herb Garden and Cafe in Akourdalia, near Kathikas, is very special!

Not only did this beautiful herbalist smile when I tearfully recounted my hormonal symptoms to her yesterday but today, when I went to collect my prescription, it was herbs in BRANDY and I’ve GOT to drink it daily!!

Hoorah! I feel better already – and you MUST go to meet Caroline in her very special garden in what must be one of the prettiest and more peaceful villages in the West of Cyprus.

See, I’m more calm and kind already – though a large GnT might help too! But not before I’ve worked on the holiday arrivals to villas and apartments in Coral Bay and Peyia Don’t want to be ‘drunk in charge of smiling at guests!’ – again!
