Ribbons and Bows

The completely barmy but gorgeous Michelle Stewart, has emailed to us today to congratulate “us” on Cyprus winning gold in the rhythmic gymnastics ribbon section. Michelle was at home in Wales, quite overcome at Cyprus achievement – and chuffed that a Welsh girl in another discipline also won a medal!

Its a fantastic achievement and our countries should justifiably be proud – but Tony and I did laugh at the thought of this totally crazy, glamorous Welsh lady sitting at home watching the Commonwealth Games when she should have been toiling alongside her husband in their business. Her excuse was that their son was poorly: I think she just loves gymnastics!

Actually, what I really think is that she should be working in international relations. She is a natural!

Come on Cyprus, take a Bow and make Mrs S very happy! Altogether now……..x
