The gem here is the fragrant and well-kept gardens (combining a private poolside with ample sunbathing space), optionally heated pool and dining areas by the built-in BBQ.

Up some stone steps and you’re in the house itself, so welcoming from the moment the door opens! Marble-floored through entrance hall/large lounge, and a huge fully-fitted family kitchen sits across the back of the lounge and dining area, separated from the living area by a hallway.

A sweeping staircase leads to the upper floor, with light hallway and lovely feature windows. To the left is a family bathroom, which serves the two twin bedrooms and to the right, a double ensuite room with access to large upper balcony, (great views!) . Next to the family bathroom on the left, is the first twin room. A small internal corridor leads off right to the large master with ensuite shower room – this room again has access to the upper balcony. On the left side of the corridor is another twin room which can be made into a double bed. All bedrooms have a/c.
