Our beautiful Jake
So very sad to say that our beautiful Jake was very poorly today and is now flying with the angels…………
our hearts are broken but we know he is in a better place and out of the pain he was in………..
We are so grateful for the brief years we had with him . Just wish there had been more we could have done but we know we couldn’t have loved him more xxxxxx
