Old Friends, New Holiday!

It was such a pleasure to welcome a family of returning guests, back to their chosen villa yesterday! I was excited to go and meet them even though they didn’t want to be checked in!

The world has been so crazy these past few months, hasn’t it? So very many holidays have been postponed or cancelled – but for the lucky few, some are still going ahead, despite the criteria for entry into Cyprus.

The family in question, have holidayed with us for many years. I’ve met their parents , their sister and her family and got to know the children. Yesterday, as they children got out of the taxi, I got a shock! It’s been two years since I saw them – and they’ve grown massively! So tall and handsome!

Knowing how much the family wanted to be here – and what they’ve been through over the past year – I think the most special moment for me, was seeing the lady of the family, smile as she saw the villa then noticed I was lurking near the tree! Made all the hard work,  worthwhile!

This is a lovely business to work in! Customers – and owners- can be very demanding but it’s a pleasure to deal with them all and to help them have their dream holiday in their chosen villa!
