my daily commute to the office to book your holiday villa

I thought I’d try to show you what I see on the way to work. My commute from our hill to the office, where I book your chosen holiday villas, is over 3 minutes long! Can you believe this! I drive down the hill, share waves and smiles with Andreas the goat man, Georgia, whose villas we look after; George, who has is always off to tend to his bananas (!); Michaelis, who is up early with his wife, getting the food into their tavern; Andreas 2, who drives a taxi and has his morning coffee at the Kafines; Sharon , who prepares The Mill wine bar for the day ahead then Zacharius, who is preparing to work in the water department in the municipal village.

Then I put my camera down coz I’m driving past the Police Station and they don’t like to see a lady hanging out of her car from the drivers seat while traveling at (sensible) speed down the hill!

Just a few photos of Peyia for you to enjoy: the hill, the church which is undergoing renovation, the municipality and the views from the centre  plus one of our favourite turnings where we go to park – ie between The Mill and Peyia Tavern!
