Okay, so back to the Wrinklies…………..well, they are settling in slowly and now enjoying the UK health service in place of the cypriot one. Jim has been having many tests , the most recent of which was a brain scan (a nuclear one, according to my Mum!).

I rang her yesterday to ask if they’d had the results of the brain scan and she said, “Yes, darling, did I forget to tell you, its Alzeimers…….”

Very sad for Jim but we were expecting the news – but my Mums turn of phrase was classic!!
