In the deep end!
Our pool cleaning team are wonderful! Day after day, often in searing heat, they clean and attend to the swimming pools in their care, following strict procedures with tender loving care. Each trained to CPO (Certified Pool Operator standard) under the NSPF (National Swimming Pool Foundation), ‘mark’, we can guarantee the cleanliness and health of the water in which our holiday makers and owners swim.
Which is much better for the swimmers health – and much better for the life of the pool too!
Sometimes, the pool team go the extra mile and have to actually get into the pool they are cleaning to attend to stubborn marks, which are mainly left by heavy suntan cream users. Today was such a day: Mike The Magnificent, our pools and garden manager, bravely dived into a pool on a complex, to ensure he was doing his job fully. At it’s over 30 degrees here today, I suspect the water was a huge relief to him – though his diving skills may have been amusing to the other swimmers.
Still, customer care first, last and in the middle!
