home sweet home

We’re just home after a wonderful few days in Chania in Crete, where we celebrated my birthday with our great friends, Karen and Wayne. I can honestly say I’ve had the best of times: great fun, good giggles, a few unexpected ‘happenings’ (think riot and tear gas!) and gorgeous pressies – but mainly being with Tony and The Spences has been very special. Probably one of the best birthdays ever – and when I can get my act together, I’ll tell you more about it!

Still, there is nothing more precious than waking up at home with Tony, Barney T Rubble and  Molly all fighting for their unfair share of the bed – then making a cuppa and going out into our Peyia garden to enjoy the Cyprus sunshine morning. (Photo below- possibly upside down!).  Bliss!
