Happy New Year!

Tony and I are so sorry our wishes for a Happy New Year are coming so late to you – but the village of Peyia and Coral Bay area, had such very bad storms on 31st Dec/1st Jan, that we’ve only just got our internet back online!
The storms were magnificent and seemed to be letting the old year out in style and welcoming the new, with a heavenly orchestra!

The only downside to the storms was my embarrassment at getting soaked to the skin, while checking in guests to villas in Coral Bay, on New Years Eve. The flights were delayed so Tony and I had to leave a party to go to meet the guests- and I got soaked by a passing motorist as I climbed out of our truck to go to see the guests. They laughed – and so did I: there was no other option.

Returning home to get changed to go back to the party, we found the dogs all huddled together, terrifed of the noise and the rain – so we had no option other than to get into Pjs and snuggle down together. As predicted, we all fell asleep and it was January before we knew it!

As to resolutions, more of the same for us: great villas in Coral Bay and Peyia; fabulous apartments in Peyia and wonderful people choosing our Cyprus villas to enjoy their holidays. Bring it on!
