Happy guests in rented holiday villas

Emma, who works with me and does a lot of the checkins and customer care, is wonderful. Originally from Bradford, she and her family now live here in Peyia and both she and her husband work with us (Christian works for Tony in The Pool People ltd, installing pool liners).

Anyway, when guests are leaving our rented villas in Coral Bay or Peyia, we always ask them for their feedback: good, bad or indifferent, its all about us aiming to get better. This feedback is shared with the owners of the villas and apartments too, so they can see what they need to do too.

Two more lovely comments were received in the past couple of days:

From guests leaving the gorgeous Kastelloriso villa in Peyia: “This villa was as good as we thought it would be. We met with Emma and she is really helpful — she’s a lovely cheerful person”. (Which she is – and barking mad too!)

From the guests leaving the stunning 4 bedroomed Oliana villa in Coral Bay, “Really impressed with the size of the villa. The pictures don’t do it justice. Thank you for the flexibility on checkin and checkout times as this made our hols so much more stress free. Slight problem with the internet but this was resolved quickly enough”.

I remember years ago reading of an American car hire company who wanted to ‘be the best’ but they knew they would never be the biggest: their slogan was ‘We try harder”………………….As Emma and I finished smiling, caring and ensuring new guests were well, at around 1.30 am this morning, those words resonate with me very much.

We’ll keep trying harder: please just keep challenging us to! Its a pleasure to help holidaymakers: email to me on  if you’d like us to work harder for you
