Festive cheer

The village of Peyia is now dressed in all its festive finery! The church is surrounded by pretty lights, a new Christmas tree sits proudly in the centre (near the awful clock!) and the surrounding gardens are very pretty. Sitting in The Mill wine bar or Michaels taverna, we can enjoy this festive scene and be grateful that we are here…..

The sun is still shining though the temperature is now down to a sensible 23 degrees during the day and the chill of the nights invites us to put our fire on (a favourite move with the dogs!). In all, its a great time of year to be here.

Soon, I’ll be checking in lucky guests to villa Lily May, Apartment Isis, Villa Aarabella and others: they’ll be delighted by the temperature and festive cheer.

Is going to be a good Christmas – and thats an order!
