Dexter’s Day: Monkey and banana?

I’ve just taken my Mummy for a walk on the lead.

We have a Happy walk, down near where the Peacocks live.

It’s peaceful and quiet –

Well, apart from noisy peacocks and birds singing!

Oh and me barking at the peacocks and the birds!

Anyway, it was a lovely walk

I was thunking to Mummy and she was chattering to me.

We walked past one of the banana groves

And Mummy told me:

”Did you know Dexter, that humans eat more bananas

in their lifetime, than monkeys?”

I didn’t know that.

But I didn’t think humans ate monkeys!

Mind you, I’m only 7 months old

So I don’t know EVERYTHING yet!

But I will.

Then when I do.

I’ll EAT IT!
