Dexter’s Day: Evening Zoom!

Just as Mummy finished work last night and sat down with a ‘flump’,

I thunked to myself, “let’s zoom!”

It had been SO hot during the day that my tummy need aircon, constantly –

But the night was a little cooler and I was happy Mummy was home –

So I Zoomed!

Everywhere – and at Top Speed!

It’s great fun! I tuck my tail between my legs and run as fast as I can,

knocking anything over which is in my way; like cups and glasses –

and plants! I wuff plants! I pick them up with my teeth and shake them as I Zoom!

I was laughing – and Mummy was shouting but her eyes were crinkled,

so I knew she wasn’t really angry. So I got another plant and shook that!

Oh how we laughed!

After Mummy got the broom, put a stop to my Zoom and cleared up!

(I thunk I might zoom again tonight too!).
