Dexter’s Day: Day of rest?

What is happening?
It’s Sunday morning and it’s SO busy!

Daddy went to work again tooooo early.
Mummy was being eaten by the covers on her bed,
So I jumped on her, fought with them and rescued her!

So she got up.
And I got into her bed!

But she is being SO noisy!
She’s been up and down the stairs getting washing.
She’s tried to move me so make the bed.
She’s been banging about in the kitchen with pots and pans.

The cats have been shouting for their breakfast.
People are shooting on the hill (what is hunting season?)

Mummy has been throwing herself around like a mad woman…
Dancing?
What is that?

I’m a puppy.
and I’m SHATTERED.

So I’ve climbed onto the settee in the kitchen
From where I can watch Mummy
and sleeeeeeeeeeppppppppppppppp
