Dexter’s Day: Amphi what?
Oh dear! Mummy says I’m ‘amphidexterous’! (Does this mean I can breathe under water?).
I thunk I’m getting very confused coz I thought I was a Labrador!
This all started this morning, when Mummy asked me to give her my paw – which I did.
(Well, I wanted her to feed me!)
Then she asked for the other paw! Why? I don’t know! A paw is a paw
But I did as I was told, (for once) – and she was happy!
Seems I’m good with both paws so I’m Amphidexterous!
Maybe ‘Dexter’ is short for this strange word?
I thunk I’m too tired to thunk any more so am going to lie down
with all four paws in the air!
