Cyprus as a ‘mother’…..
It’s Mothers Day and I’m so very happy to be able to wish my beautiful Mum, a very happy day – and also to send so very much love to my mother in law, Tony Without Teeth, as well as my Stepmum, Mary, to whom my Dad has been married for only 49 years so it may not last ! (Sorry, family joke). Much love to you all – and how grateful I am to have you each here ‘around us’. (….and Tony says to add that he’s grateful the ‘around us’ includes a distance of some 4000 plus miles). xxx
Steph, my baby sister is 48 today too – which is worrying because surely a baby sisters role is to be , ‘young’ and not to be a granny and be in her late 40s? This means our Mum is now, ‘published’ , as younger than both of us! Happy Birthday Steph xx
I’ve always thought of Cyprus as a ‘mother’ of an island. Somewhere people come to feel loved, cared for and to nurture their souls. As an island, Cyprus seems to draw to it, a huge amount of ‘lost’ or hurt people, those who are looking for a new beginning to trying to find their road. There is something very magical and loving in the air here: like walking in a permanent state of hope and peace…….
If you are looking for a place to rest your head and calm your soul, or for a special place to bring your Mum and family, think about Cyprus. With the sea, mountains, fresh air, lovely beaches and special people, you’ll feel like part of the family, as soon as you arrive. Why not check availability on great villas with pools in Coral Bay and Peyia? Email to me on firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll come straight back to you with best offers.
Happy Mothers Day , Happy Birthdays to those who are celebrate – and wishes to everyone on this beautiful day!
