an olympic sport?

Its another wonderful Sunday in paradise. With guests departing from villas in Coral Bay and Peyia, happy that they’ve had a wonderful holiday and brilliant sunshine, we’re also getting ready to welcome the arrivals later on ………..

Life goes on as normal as the guests come and go: washing and ironing to do; cooking and cleaning; gardening and the little matter of animal care in the big dog household…………

Have been thinking to myself this morning, as I’m going about the many chores, should marriage be an Olympic sport? I mean think about it; we could have our own personal coach to help when we struggle a little and give us tips on new techniques to achievement; have access to other ‘married teams’ to compare progress and give ourselves something to measure against AND be rewarded for success! Sounds good to me!

Requiring discipline, desire and dedication as well as keeping body in shape, I honestly dont see why this valued institution shouldn’t be viewed as worthy of Gold if we manage to get to the finish line!
