all in a days work
Time and again, viewing new properties brings me up short and reminds me that the people who are giving us the opportunity to view, each have their own story about the purchase of the villa and reason for thinking about renting…
Such was the case yesterday: Tony and I went to view a beautiful 2 bedroomed bungalow, set in extensive gardens in Peyia. I was taken aback by how pretty the setting was but wasn’t ready for how lovely the interior was too. Sadly, the couple whose dream home it was, each passed away last year leaving this property to their daughter who had contacted us.
The one thing which got to me as I walked in , was that the place felt like home: it was like walking into a cuddle: the whole atmosphere was one of positivity , happiness and fun – and I hope it wraps around the daughter when she next visits.
We are very pleased to have been given the opportunity to look after the pool, property and garden and I intend to care for it as if it were our own: this lovely home deserves no less!
Mind you, I feel the same way about each of our properties in Coral Bay and Peyia – so we’re busy but its a great honour to be so busy.
