AJs column……..

There is much discussion in the new villa in Peyia, which belongs to Wayne and Karen, about which column is the best….. The columns stand proudly around the edge of the pool and the villa and there are many of them.

Some aren’t quite as proud as the others, being the columns which the builders each played a part in constructing rather than the ones which the man who does the columns, built. Not that any of this matters but, now AJ, father of Wayne and ex construction magnate is staying in the villa, conversations are turning to the right and wrong way to set columns….

Putting his expertise where his comments are, so to speak, AJ has taken it upon himself to put right one of the columns and invites anyone who visits this stunning villa, to checkout his column!

Last night, after welcoming Karen and her sister with the enthusiasm only a few local GnTs can encourage, AJs column became the topic of conversation once again…………

Its amazing how important these things become as the night gets longer and the gins, stronger but everyone had an opinion to share and AJs column seems to be voted the most straight column though perhaps not the most interesting one around the pool area………
