The owners of the villas we rent out, are wonderful! They are so good to work with, understanding that customers except quality, great furnishings and a good environment – and, most importantly, excellent value for money!
This is the time of the year when the owners work with us to eg upgrade appliances, refresh the decorating of their villa, replant some gardens, reline their pools if needed – and generally freshen up their already lovely properties.
One of the villas, which we care for and rent alongside Lisa, is Potima View – The Sunshine Villa, which is a three bedroomed villa with pool RIGHT in the heart of Coral Bay, only minutes walk from the Aquasol beach and the tavernas. This villa has got to be in one of the best locations in the area – a benefit it shares with Villa Garlands and Villa Sulis too!
“The Sunshine Villa” is in the process of having an upgrade, with the garden being overhauled; poolside ambient lighting installed ; a table tennis table is now in situ – and the pool liner is new and pool, sparkling!
The other touch which has been added is a sign which says it all (photo below!). “Happy Holidays Happen Here”! This is something true of all the villas: the combination of a great villa and private pool, happy guests and brilliant locations, adds up to happier holiday guests paying less money for their holiday!
