– st and Alfie laid side by side on the lounge floor, pouring through the photo album which one of them has pulled off the shelf. The book was open at some old photos and the two of them seemed totally enthralled in the piccies.
Looking closer, I saw that Jakes paw was on a photo of William, Lucy and Henry , our gorgeous dogs who lived with us in Yorkshire, until each went to doggy heaven , thankfully, at a reasonably old doggy age. The photo was of the dogs, Tony and I on a beach on the North Coast of England.
Jake and Alfie looked at me, Jakes paw still in place, as if to say, “When will you take US back to the beach, then?”
And some say dogs aren’t intelligent! Our team certainly know what to focus on to get our attention!
