a family business
Working in our small businesses here in Peyia, Tony and I regard our team as our family. We see so much of one another and go through some interesting and challenging times with customers – and each other – that it does feel as if we are all part of each other.
don’t get me wrong: we are also both fully aware that, if we weren’t paying salaries, we wouldn’t see the people: its not for love that they give up their time and skills -but we also know we get their care and concern – which is great for us and fab for our customers….
Yesterday, James left us after around 3 years of very hard work, challenges and some exciting times to. It was very sad to ‘wave him off’ – like a child leaving home – but we’ve all got dreams to pursue and should always take the chances to pursue them.
James goes with our love and thanks – and Colin joins us to ‘grow up’ into one of the new family.
Life is a people thing – and business is no different. The people , their attitudes and their focus, make all the difference to how well things go. We are very proud of our ‘family’ here in Peyia.
