A bouquet of friends

Its been a very tough week one way and another. One of those where one thing goes wrong, then everything just seems to rollerball and you feel powerless to stop it. Daft really, coz at the end of the day, all is fine but emotions get a bit out of kilter and tears fall…….we all go there now and again.

Anyway,I woke up this morning full of the joys of spring and ready for anything – and the unexpected happened: Tony and I have been showered with kindness and help from a few wonderful people, two of whom work with us and two of who, we work for.

I am so very touched by the support from James and Paul today – and by the kindnesses shown by Liz and Alex (plus the stunning flowers, chocolates and whisky!). The gifts are lovely – but the bouquet of friendship which has blossomed today , is the most special thing.
