I would like to thank Naomi and Lynn for the beautiful, luxurious and spotlessly clean home. It is thoughtfully designed, with charming little corners and every kitchen amenity you could possibly need. The amazing pool and jacuzzi, together with the exceptional hospitality and attention to every detail, made our stay truly unforgettable. All of this and much more, allowed us to enjoy a perfect family vacation. A huge thank you!

Beautiful Villa, lovely décor, features were great and everything we needed. Shame about the hot tub but I assume it's because of the water shortage so understood. We've already send a video to friends for us to book again next year! Welcome gifts very much appreciated.

As always the Villa was immaculate on arrival and ready for us to start our holiday. The Villa cleaners and pool cleaner did a fantastic job at we’re almost invisible to us. When we did meet they were friendly and welcoming. The addition of the carport was very welcomed and meant the car was never hot when we came to use it even at midday. An excellent improvement. Thank you again for making our stay magnificent. Looking forward to next year👍🏼

We absolutely love this villa. We call it our second home. It has a lovely pool and we love the sheltered area with the table and chairs: our lunch spot. The shelter for the car is brilliant plus there is a water cooler which is a lovely touch too. We’ve already booked for 2027! Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Credit to the owners – and we must mention Lynn & Alison for all of their help” 5 star!

The house is stunning, comfortable and the service is excellent in every way. The design is perfect. And in terms of comfort, the owners have thought of every detail. There are places to stay together, separate corners, a fun pool, a fully equipped kitchen and luxury rooms. We highly recommend

Just spent a week in the fabulous villa garland, what an amazing place. The villa was superb with everything we needed, beautifully decorated and furnished with an amazing pool and BBQ area. 2 minute walk to a great selection of bars and restaurants that we totally took advantage of. Thanks Lynn for delivering the best welcome hamper EVER!! And for being on stand by if required. Will definitely be booking a return visit. I can come and clean for you anytime 🤣🤣

Villa Garlands is located in the popular Coral Bay area of Peyia and being our first time in Cyprus, we are so glad we chose this villa as our home for the May half term. Arriving at Villa Garlands we were met by scented bougainvillea bushes and a smart entrance. ``Welcome`` said the doormat and stepping inside we certainly felt welcome. We opened into a lovely open plan living/ dining/ kitchen space which was modern yet cosy. Furniture is classy, comfortable and being a family of four, there was enough room for all of us without being on top of each other with two indoor seating areas and the extensive outdoor space.

Outside there is a covered patio area with sofa, chairs and a table perfect for getting a bit of shade in that Cyprus sun, another seating area for those sun-seekers and six loungers dotted around the pool (all with available parasol bases), there's plenty of room and if like me, you like to follow the sun around, you can simply move with the sun until it sets. The pool was perfect - a great size, sparkling and a lovely temperature. Steps lead into the shallow end and the deep end is accessed by a ladder. Around the pool there are beautiful plants and bushes making it such a stunning setting.

Although Coral Bay is lively, Villa Garlands was quiet and serene. We certainly felt as though we were in a private and peaceful area which made us all sleep like the proverbial logs. Life is so hectic so a week of repose; lounging around and taking things slowly was just what we needed. We very much look forward to visiting Cyprus again and we know that Villa Garlands will be where we will choose to stay.

My family stayed in Villa Garlands in August 2019. The villa is perfect, as is the location. But more importantly the service you receive from Lynn & the team at Cyprus Villas is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. The whole experience from booking to arrival & departure was made so easy & seamless by Lynn. The service we received was so good that we booked for 2020 while still on holiday in 2019. Then COVID-19 hit. The world stopped, however Lynn’s communication didn’t. She has been outstanding. Unfortunately 2020 didn’t happen, neither did 2021 but 2022 is booked. Once again I can’t stress how good the service we have received from Lynn & the team has been. It has been an extremely challenging couple of years for everyone & this business has dealt with the crisis fantastically. Communication all the way, never once left wondering or worried. You are in extremely safe hands if you are lucky enough to book a holiday with this company. Just don’t take my weeks!!!!! Quality service with a personal touch & an amazing attention to detail. This is what keeps us coming back year after year.

An amazing villa with beautiful landscaping and pool. The location is convenient to shops & restaurants, but at the same time very private. Beautiful views from the upstairs balcony! The management company is very professional and it's nice to be actually met by a representative and have a walk through of the villa. As a retired travel agent, I understand the importance of the small details and this villa goes above and beyond!

This was our second stay at this unique, quirky villa. It’s so quiet and relaxing and has marvellous views. Pool is a very good size and the gardens are lovely. Will be sad to leave – but we will be back!

I just wanted to say thank you for everything leading up to and during our recent stay at Villa Almar. You both really put me at ease particularly with this being the first time I've booked everything separately and not as a package holiday.

The villa was amazing, it was and had everything that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and having plenty of space to ourselves, one of the major plus points for me was not having sun bed wars especially as this was our first abroad (sun) holiday in 10 years we just wanted to relax and enjoy time together as a family.

We already have a UK holiday planned for 2025 however I think it's safe to say that our recent stay at Villa Almar will be the first of many more to come and we definitely be returning to Cyprus at some point in the future.
