We are pleased to now have access to beautiful holiday villas in the south eastern area of Famagusta Bay, Cyprus. The area which includes Ayia Napa, Kapparis and Protaras, is fast becoming one of the most popular on the island of Cyprus for many reasons:

• Ayia Napa, is now one of the most popular resorts in Europe for young people wanting sun, great villas and choice of night life
• Protaras, is famous for its natural beauty and protected coastal nature park, set off the warm seas. According to legend, Cape Greco (also know as Cavo Greco), Protaras, is also home to the famous "Ayia Napa Sea Monster" – Cyprus equivalent to the Loch Ness Monster!
• Kapparis, is only 5kms from Ayia Napa but a smaller town, more popular with the mature tourist who wants good restaurants and shops but not the full on night life.

With excellent beaches, vast choice of things to do, from the biggest water park in Europe, just outside of Ayia Napa to the magnificence of the natural beauty of the Protaras/Kapparis area, there is something for everyone.

The addition of a coastal walk from Protaras to Pernara, is enhanced with small "hidden" restaurants and cafes, perfect for whiling the day away or watching the sunset. The walkway is also user friendly for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
