Townhouse Flora is a charming, light and pleasant brand new townhouse in the centre of Peyia Village, Completed in Nov 08, Flora is a semi detached, pretty holiday home on a neat and attractive private complex. Beautifully designed, Flora boasts a ground floor with well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area then spacious lounge with patio door to private terrace. The lounge has two very comfortable settees, TV, DVD and CD player. The whole living area is light and sunny. There is even a downstairs toilet!On the upper floor, two large bedrooms each have a bathroom attached to them, one with bath and one with shower. The master bedroom has the addition of a balcony, which overlooks the pretty communal area and poolside. The lounge has flyscreens. The bedrooms have shutters. This is a lovely townhouse, walking distance to the traditional yet modern, village centre in Peyia. Coral bay is only 2kms away.

Peyia is an unusual mix of old traditional buildings and way of life with a good sprinkling of incomers (mainly British) who have encouraged some development in the village – particularly influencing the vast choice of food available!

This village has a pretty old church nestled above the municipality gardens, which are hidden by sweeping fragrant trees. Many weddings are held in the privacy of these gardens – and the locals love to come and watch! With the sea close at hand across the Peyia area, holidaymakers can enjoy the wonderful, daily spectular performance of the sizzling sun gently being pulled into the deep blue seas as each memorable day draws to a close.

One of the loveliest things about the village of Peyia, is how the old traditions integrate with todays way of holidaying for tourists worldwide. The village offers a good range of local tavernas, combined with newer/theme restaurant and a wonderful deli/takeaway. With the recent addition of a pizza takeaway to complement the more traditional kebab and souvla house, food is in abundance and offered to suit any tastes.
