This lovely ground floor studio apartment, furnished with the hot energy influence of 'Yang', with its large private patio facing out to the beautiful gardens and large communal pool, is fabulous value for someone (or a couple), who are looking for a low cost rental home. Gorgeous furnishings, large bathroom, well equipped kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space, this studio has it all. The private patio is undercover, so is perfect if you need some shade from the sun and a lovely place for dining and the complex is so well looked after and peaceful, it is just perfect. This is ideal for a starting base to first timers coming to Cyprus, or for a couple who just want a bolt-hole. The studio next door is 'Yin', so if you have friends you would like to move with, they could rent next door and may work out a cheaper alternative to Cyprus living for all of you. You also have use of the communal facilities, being the large gym, sauna and jacuzzi.

Paphos (often spelt Pafos, Pathos by mistake) is only 20 minutes from Paphos International Airport, the Paphos area is famous for its diverse mix of medieval castle, attractive struttable harbour, traditional and modern shops, indoor and outdoor markets, the old town and a sheer abundance of restaurants, bars and facilities for the whole family.

Of course let's not forget the beautiful clean beaches and welcoming clear sea!

Archaeologists report that the site of Paphos has been inhabited since the Neolithic period. It was a centre of the cult of Aphrodite and of pre-Hellenic fertility deities. Aphrodite's legendary birthplace was on this island, where her temple was erected by the Myceneans in the twelfth century BC.
