This is one of the nicest one bedroomed apartments in the Peyia area. Built on the new (autumn 08) Pafilia Peyia Springs development, in a good residential area of Peyia village, Loumar is on the second floor of a discreet and attractive small collection of apartments and townhouses, which all enjoy the communal facilities in the Peyia Springs "village". Access to the apartments is private and secure with a choice of steps or lift to the apartment itself. Loumar is surprisingly large and light, with a long balcony shared by the open plan kitchen/living dining area and great views across part of Peyia to Coral Bay. The living area is welcoming and beautifully furnished: kitchen is modern and fully fitted. Dining area is spacious and lounge very comfortable and airy. The bedroom is off a small corridor and is large, with storage areas. The bathroom is a good size, with bath and overhead shower, basin and WC. The apartment has private underground parking, secure access and integral main door release system from within the lounge. The complex itself is very well designed to blend in with its surroundings, with a lovely large pool and bathing areas. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to come and live in the Peyia area.
