This 2 bed apartment is set on the ground floor of a very well looked after complex in Peyia. The complex has a mini gym, mini sauna, jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub for your use and there are also 2 large communal pools. Paddys apartment is only a 10 minute walk (if that) to a local kiosk, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bar and clothes shop and is also only 15/20min walk into Peyia village itself. As you walk into Paddys (which is all open plan), the fully equipped kitchen is to your left and dining area/lounge in front of you and off to the right of the living area, are the 2 bedrooms with the shared bathroom in-between. The master bedroom has patio doors leading out to your own private patio area and the 2nd bedroom is a twin bedroom plus you can also walk out to a 2nd private patio area from the lounge and both rooms have views of the communal pools and partial sea views. Paddys apartment is still having some furnishings put in, so at present, is a work in progress. This is a very homely and gorgeous apartment, ideal for anyone wanting to live in an area only walking distance to local shops.
