I was delighted to receive this wonderful email from Lorraine P, a lady who has entrusted her family holiday to us. Rather than speak for her, I’ve copied her email word for word: (with her permission, of course!):
“My husband and I are very busy professionals and have always booked the standard all-inclusive holidays from the travel agent. We thought this was the most secure – & cost effective – way of holidaying & were both nervous about straying from the non-package deal.
We decided to venture into the unknown this year and stumbled upon Villa Garlands which looks idyllic & is perfectly located. Over the course of many weeks, we bombarded Lynn & Emma with question after question and each & every email was responded to promptly in a very friendly, professional & helpful manner. It was this excellent customer service that encouraged us to take the plunge & book the villa. Emma & Lynn have also sorted out the finer details, such as airport transfers, in addition to providing a mound of other useful information. Nothing seems to phase them and nothing is too much trouble.
Our holiday is now only 8 weeks away and we are both incredibly relaxed & excited about it. Exceptional customer service is very hard to find amongst most industries but these guys have it spot on. As a family, it is the driving factor in our decisions to make any sort of purchase & we can be quite hard to please but Lynn & Emma are exceptional. These guys are the John Lewis of villa rental companies!”.
