What's Included?

The villas are available on a first come, first served basis but please note, many people re-book year after year so do book early.

Whilst we cannot show every villa on this site, once we receive your completed enquiry form (by email or fax) we will be pleased to come back to you to advise you of availability and choice. We do try to hold your chosen villa for 24 hours for you whilst you secure your flights.

Once you have booked the villa, ie completed and returned the booking form, the villa is yours for the dates you require. We need you only to pay the 20% non refundable deposit within 10 days of booking, with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Price: The prices quoted are 'prices per night per villa' or 'prices per week per villa' , not per person! All prices used are in £CYP (Cypriot Pounds). We quote in Cypriot pounds because that is the local currency and the villa owners accounts are here in Cyprus. We have a currency converter on our website – so you can nip on and check the exchange rate to UK sterling. Please note, the exchange rate does fluctuate a little daily.

From January, 08, Cyprus enters the EU fully and Euros may become an acceptable currency. We will let you know!

Booking Fees: To hold a villa, the booking fee is 20% of the total price of the villa holiday for the villa only, not inclusive of flights or insurance. Some villas include airconditioning in the total price, some do not.This is clearly stated on the individual villa details and on the booking form. Once you have booked and paid a non refundable deposit, the price for the villa does not change.

Weekly maid service: The villas are all cleaned thoroughly for your arrival, with fresh linens , towels (for in villa use not pool use) provided in the villa. If your stay is for two weeks, your villa also gets a maid service “refresher clean”, halfway through your holiday. In this clean, the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly, beds changed and clean towels provided for you. The maids are known to us and trusted by us and will never enter your villa without your/our prior knowledge. Should you wish for extra maid service eg every few days, we can provide this at an extra cost, payable locally upon arrival. Please ask for a quote.

Welcome Pack (when applicable): Most of the villa owners provide welcome packs. Those who don’t, are indicated on the individual villa details. We are happy to do some specific food shopping for you prior to arrival if you urgently require us to do so eg if there is a baby or a medical condition which require care. Please let us know in advance of arrival

The welcome packs are small token parcels of essentials to get you started and include items such as milk, bread, butter, suger, tea, coffee, soft drinks and ham or cheese. All quite handy after a long trip when a cuppa is needed! Local supermarkets are in abundance and shopping here in Peyia and Coral Bay is easy.

• Meet and greet and holiday care: We meet and greet all of our guests personally upon arrival at resort and ensure you are happy with your villa. We are there for you throughout your holiday to help you in any way we can to ensure you have a great holiday.
  

What's is NOT Included?

Flights: The prices quoted do not include flights. We are however happy to help you with your flights and we have even joined forces with Travelcare to provide you with excellent prices.

• Airport Transfers: We can arrange taxi transfer for you from Paphos or Larnaca and will quote on an individual party size/arrival airport and time basis. You pay the drivers direct
• Car Hire: we do not offer car hire but do recommend local companies

Travel Insurance: As with any holiday, when you visit Cyprus, we strongly recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance before your commence your holiday.
